36-month Jail For Robbery

The Sessions Court sentenced an unemployed man to 36 months' jail for robbing a woman of her handbag. Ngui admitted to committing the offence at a road junction near E-mart supermarket at Jalan Tudan at 5.50 a.m., robbing one Norhayati Sameion of her handbag. Ngui committed the offence with two accomplies, one of whom was waiting in a Kancil car parked not far away from the scene. After the robber had fled the scene Hasiah helped to lodge a report at Lutong Police Station.

For My Comment
I think it was a very good punishment for that robbery.
